WHBRBA3, by deed dated January 2, 1946, recorded in Died
Book 120, at page 527 of the pudic recards of St. Lucie County,
Florida, ALTO ADAMS and CARRA ADAMS, his wife, conveyed to \
STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COIMIPANY, a co-partnership caxposed of
Phillip Strazzulla, Frank Strazzulla and Dominic Strazzulla,
certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, reserving unto
themselves an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in all oil,
gas and minerals anal the right of ingress and egress at all

ing said land for oil, gas and other minerals and removing
same theref ran; and
WHBtZBAS, for a valuable consideration, ALTO ADAMS and
CARRA ADAMS, his wife, are willing to transfer and release unto
CUSHMA.N S. RADB$AUGH 4 SONS, INC., succeagor in title to said
~traxzulla Brothars Company, a co-partnership, the i~cidenta
of said mineral reservations pertaining to the right of ingress
and egress at all seasonable times for the purpose of mining,
drilling and exploring said land for oil, gas and other minerals
and removing same therefrotu, as to a~portion of said lands so
affected, but nevertheless retaining their undivided one-half
interest of said oil, gas and 'minerals.
HOW, THERBFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
(10.00) and other good and valuable cor_siderations, receipt
vfiereof is hereby acknowledged, ALTO ADAMS and CARRA ADAMS, his
wife, do hereby transfer, convey, release and relinquish unto
CUSHMAN S. RADBBAUGH & SONS, INC., the right ind authority of
the said ALTO ADAMS and CARRA AL1A.~iS, his wife, of ingress and
egress for the purpose of mining, drilling and exploring said
land for oii, gas and otl-,er minerals and removing same there-
from, including alb. of the rights of ~.ccess to and egress from
