STRAZLULL.A, mortgagors, by Indenture of Mortgages bearing dates
Septembzr 15, 1950 and July 27, 1954, respectively, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, in Mortgage Book 84,
page 169; Mortgage Book 110s page 317, and biortgage Book ilt,
page 289, mortgaged unto THE CONNECTICUT MUTUAL LIPS INSURANCE
COMPANY, grid assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein particularl~-~
described, to secure the pay~rent of the sums totaling $150,125.00,
with interest as therein mentioned;
AND WHEREAS, those parts of the lands described in said
mortgages as hereinafter set forth have been duly conveyed to
and are now owned bq CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH & SONS, Ii~TC.; and
WHEREAS, the said CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH & SONS, INC. has
requested the said THE CONNECTICUT MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE
COMPANY to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgages:
NOW, THEREFORE; KNOW 1'E, That the said THE CONNECTICUT
MUTUAL LIPE INSURANCE COMPANY s.s well in consideration of the
premises as of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it paid by the said Cushman S.
Radebaugh & Sons, Inc. at the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acla~owledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of said mortgages unto the said Cushman S. Radebaugh & Sons, Inc.,
its successors and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of~
land being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages,
to-wit:
