Range 38 East St. :,ucie Co~:nty, Plorida~ lying Northeasterly of,
contiguous and parallel to the following specifically described line:
Prom the Northeast (NB) corner of said Section 31, bear
South O° 50' 29" Went, along tre east lire of said Section,
a distance of 389.02 feet to the point of beginning; said
point of beginning being thA point of curvature of a curve
concave to the Northeast (NE), having a central angle of
12° `13' 1'L", a radius of 6079.58 feet and • long chord
bearing of North ?Oo 291 12" West; Thence, Northwesterly,
along the arc of said curve a distance of 129'6.65 feet to
the North line of said Section 31, and the end of the
specifically described line.
