Before me personally appeared CUSH~IAN S. RADEBAUGH, JR., who,
upon being duly sworn, says that:
He is one of the grantees named in that certain deed made by
Frank Strazzulla, Phillip Strazzulla and Dominic Strazzulla,
co-partners doing business as Strazzulls~ Brothers Company, to
Cushman S. Radebaugh , Cushman S. Radebaugh, Jr., James G.
Radebaugh and Leroy N. Radebaugh, dated March 30, 1957 and
recorded in need Book 227, at page 202 of the public reocrds of
St. Lucie County, Florida. That on the 30fih day of June, 1960,
all of the lands described in the above described deed were
conveyed t4 Cushman S. Radebaugh & Sons, Inc., by deed recorded
in Deed Book 259, at page 420 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

Rad°baugh & Sons, Inc., that he is familiar with that certain
oil, gas and mineral lease made by Frank ~trazzullw, Philip
Strazzulla and Dominic Strazzulla, co-partners doing business
as Strazzulla Brothers Company to Gulf Oil Corporation, dated
July 31, 1953 and recorded ±.tl Deed Book 185, at page 241 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, whereby certain rights
were leased to the said Gulf Oil Corporation in and to the .f ollow-
ing described lands in St. Lucie County, Plorida, to-Mrit:
Sections 31 and 32, Township 34 South, Range
38 East;
Sections 5 and 6, the N 1/2 of Section 7 and
the N l~Z of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East;
All of Section 1, and Fhe N 1/2 of Section
12, Township 37 South, Range 37 East;
All of Section 36, Township 34 South, Range
3? East.
