That in the ea•ent at the beginning of or at any time pending any suit upon this mortgage, or to foreclose it, or to reform it,
and/or to enforce pay-me•nt of any claims hereunder, said mortgagee shall apply to the Court having jurisdiction thereof for the appoint-
ment of a Receiver, such Court shall forthwith appoint a Receiver of said mortgaged property all and singular, for the purpox of pre-
serving said property, during the pendency of said foreclosure proceedin¢s, and such appointment shall be made by such Court as an
admitted egwty and a matter of absolute tigh, to said mortgagee and without reference to the said adequacy or inadequacy of the value
of the property mortgaged or the solvency or insoh•ency of said mortgagors and/or the defendants, it being rx~ressly understood and
