Each maker and endorur waives the right o[ exemption under the Constitution and laws of Florida, and each maker and
endorur waives demand, protest and notice of maturity, nonpayment or protest and all requiremrnts neceswry to hold each of
them liable as maken and endorsers. -
It is further agreed that each maker and endorser, joirtly and severally, shall pay all costa of collection, including a rcason-
able attorney's fee, on failure to pzy the principal of this note or any interest thereon at maturity. This note and all sums due
thereunder shall bear interest at the rate~of ten (10) per cent. per annum from due date until paid.
It is further agreed that each maker and endorur jointly and severally hereby conseat to any extensions or renewab or
rwdihcations of this note or any pan thereof without notice. and each maker and endorur agrees that he trill remain liable as
such during any extension or renewal or modification hereof until the debt represented hereby is fully paid.
