ASSIGNIv1ENT OF MORTGAGES

THIS ASSIGNMENT entered into this 12th day of ~~~dt, 1962,
between IMAGINATION FARM$ INCORI~ORATED (formerly known as Velda
Corporation), a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Assignor",
and A, V , D. PROPERTIES, Inc. , a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred
to ae "Assignee";

That Assignor, in cc~neideration of the bum of Ten Dollars (~10) and
other good and valuable cor,oideration, receipt of which cs hereby acknowledged,
has assigned, sold, transferred and set over unto Assignee, and by these presents
does assign, sell, transfer ana set over ur,:o AsBignae, all of Assignor's right
and interest, ae mortgagee, in and to:
(1) That certain mortgage dated August 31, 1962 securing indebtedness
in the original principal amount of $109, 600, 00, wherein the mortgagor is Kwik-
Chek~ Realty Company. Inc. , a Texas corporation, and the mortgages is Velda
Corporation (Assignor herein), which mortgage encumbers land (but not improve-
ments thereon) situate in the Florida counties of Dade, Duval, Suwannee, Volusia,
Polk, Hillsborough, St. Lucie and Monroe, and which mortgage is of record in
the Official Record Books of the aforesaid counties as follows:

in the original principal amount of ~1, 442, 370.00, wherein the mortgagor is
Associates Leasing Corporation of Indiana, a Florida corporation, and the
mortgagee is Velda Corporation (Assignor herein), which mortgage encumbers
the buildings and other improverr,ents on certain real estate actuate cn the Florida
counties of Dade, Duval, Suwannee, Voiuaia, Polk, Hlllsb~rough, St. Lucie and
Monroe (being the same parcels of real estate iri_regard to which the land is
encumbered by the above described mortgage from Kwik-Chek Realty Company,
Inc. ), which r~~ortgage is of record in the Official Record Books of the aforesaid
