1. ~rithouc the prior written consent of the Dealer and excepting those intertsts in said property created in the Dealer's
favor, Customer will not create or permit any lien or other encumbrance, other than thou presently existing, to exist on
the above described real proptrcy and will not transfer, sell, assign, or in any manner disport of said real property or
any interest cher~in. '
2. Customer hereby assigns to the Dealer all moneys due oc to become due to Customer as rental or otherwise for or on ac-
count of such real property, reserving unto Customer the right to collect and retain any such moneys prior to Customer's
default under the terms of the financing described above.
3. 'The Dealer is hereby authorized and permitted to cause this instrument to be recorded at such time and in such places
as the Dealer at its option may elect.
a. This agreeme..t is expressly intended for the benefit and protection of the Dealer and all subsequent holders of the note
described above. Customer warrants and represents that Customer owns the above described real property.
t. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the financing described about shall have been paid in full or
until ta•er,c}•-one (2 :) years following the death of the last survivor of the undersigned, whichever first occurs.
