FOURTEENTH: The mortgagee may resort for the paytrtent of the indebtedess secured hereby to its several so-
curitics therefor in such order and manner sa it may think fi: and may at any time release any policy or policies of life
insurance as collateral security for the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby without regard to the consideration
fur ,uch release and'or may accept a new policy or policies of life insurance in place thereof for such arnour+.t or amount

sta~ and agreed that if any of the said policies of life insurance shall be cancelled or released and a new policy or pr~licies
of I,fc insurance shall be substituted in place thereof, tht mortgagor shall keep such new policy or policies in lull force
and ~•tFect until the indebtedness secured hereby i~ fully paid and satisfied and in default thereof the entire indebtedness
secured hereby shall, at the option of the mortgagee, become due and payable forthwith and without notice.
FII•'TF.ENTH: This mortgage shall become due snd payable forthwith at the option of the mortgagee if. the
mcrt};at;or shall convey away said premises or if the title thereto" shall become vested in any other person or persona
in any manner whatsoever.
SIXTNF.N'I'li; In the event of the death of the insured, the entire indebtedness secured hereby shall thereupon be-
come due snd payable, and such sum for which, the mortgagee may be legall-• liable on said policy or policies of life insurance
or nny policy or policies substituted in place thereof, or any policy or policies held as collateral hereto, or any dividends,
divuiend additions or dividend accumulations in connection with any policy or policies he-d as collateral hereto, shall be
applied to the payment of the indebtedness secured T,ereby; and in case a surplus shall remain after liquida_ing said in-
del,tedness, it shall be paid over to whosoever is lawfully entitled thereto.
SF.VI•:NTEENTH: Thal the giving of written notice addressed to the owners of record of the mortgaged property
or addressed to the said owners at their last addr~as actually furrtighed to the mortgagee, or addre~sed to the owners at
said mortgaged property and mailed by United States Mail, shell be refl'icient notice and demand itt any cax arising
~- under this mortgage whrch may be required by the provisions hereof or by law.
F.IGHTF.F.NTH: 11' 1~ FURTHER AGREED, That all parties signing this obligation shall be jointly and aeve°ally
liable to the mortgagee and that alt the covenants and agreements of the mortgagee herein contained shall extend to and
bind his executors, administrators, heirs and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the mortgagee, its successor
and assigns, and wherever the context hereof ao requires or admits all references herein to the mortgagor in one number
shall be deemed to extend to and include the other number whether plural or singular. and the use of any gender shall
be applicable tq all genders.
