SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that RODNEY KARLSON
and ANNA JANE KARLSON, his wife, the owners and assignees of a
certain indebtedness, previously owned by Pa~~l G. Opell and Agnes M.
Opell, his wife, secured by that certain mortgage executed by
Reelsto-3e Development Corporation dated November 16, 1959 and recoi•-

ded November 20, 1959, in Mortgage Book 161, at page 163, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, encumbering real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
The EZ of the NF.Y of the NW,'-q of Section 33, Township
34 South, Range 40 East.
Subject to right-of-way of St. Lucie Boulevard as set
forth in deed recorded in Deed Book 199, page 343,
public records of St. Lucie county, Florida.
Subject to telephone easement to the American 'T'elephone
& 'T'elegraph Company as recorded in Deed Book 146, page
544, St. Lucie County, Florida Records.
At the request of said mortgagor and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration inuring to the under-
signed from THE FIRS 1 FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOA.'~1 ASSOCIATIONd OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a corporation oi~gar,ized under the laws of the
United States of America, the undersigned do hereby subordinate the lien
and operation of the aforesaid mortgage to the lien and operation of that
certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby, executed by the
said mortgagor to THE FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
