FOURTEENTH: The mortgagee may resort for the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby to its several so-

insurance as collateral necurity for the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby without regard to the consiueration

stood and agrced that if any of the said policies of life inaurwncv e;,all be cancelled ot• released and a new policy or policies
of life insurance shall be aubat;tuted in place thereof, the mortgagor shall keep such new policy or poliriea in full force
and et?ect until the indebtedness secured hereby is fully paid and satisfied and in de!ault thereof the entire indebiedneea
secured hereby Rhall, at the option of the mortgagee, become due and payable forthwith and without notice.
FIF'PEENTA: This mortgage chap become due and payable forthwith at the option of the mortgagee if the
mortgagor shall convey away satd premises or if the title thereto shall become vested in eny other person or persona
in any manner whatsoever.
SIXTBI?NTH: In the event of the death of the inanred, the entire indebtedness secured hereby ahnll thereupon be-
come due and payable, and such sum for whjch the mortgagee mayy be legally liable on acid policy ur policies of life insura~tee
or any policy or policies substituted in place thereof, or any po]icy or policies held as collateral hereto, or any dividends,
dividend additions or dividend accumulations in connection With any policy or policies l.eld as collateral hereto, shall be
applied to the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby ;and in case a surplus shall remain after liquidating said in-
debtedness, it shall be paid over to whosoever is lawfully entitled thereto.
SEYF.NTEENTII : That the giving of written notice addressed to the owners of record of the mortgaged property
or addressed to the said owners at their last addreaa'actually furnished to the mortgagee, or addressed to the owners at
said mortgaged property and mailed by United States Iidail, shall bo auflicient notice and demand in any cane arising
under this mortgage wh-ch may be required by the provisions hereof or• by law.
EIGHTEENTH: IT 14 FURTHER AGREED, That all parties signing this obl!gation shall be jointly sad severally
liable to the mortgagee and that all the covenants and agreements, of the mortgagor herein contained shall extend to and
bind his executors, administrators, heir and assigns, and shall snore to the benefit of the mortgagee, its succPSSOn
and assigns, and wherever the context hereof ao requires or admits sli references herein to the mortgagor in one number
shall be deemed to extend to and include the other somber whether plural or singular, and the use of any gender shall
