premises, or directed to t~e said owner at the last address actually Lurniahed to the mort or directed
to said owner at said mortgaged premises, and mailed by the United $tatea mails, shall beg s~o~iaut notice
-and demand in any case arising under this instrument and required by the proviaion~ hereof or by law.
15. The mortgagor covenants and agrees that so long as this mortgage and the said note secured
hereby are insured under the provisions of the National Housing Act, he will not esecnte o~ flle for record
any instrument which imposes s restriction upon the sale or occupancy of tine mortgaged property on the
basis of race, color, or creed. Upon any violation of this undertaking, the mostgagee may, at its option,
declare the unpaid bak-nce of the debt secureri hereby immediately due and payable.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respec-
tive heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the
singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall include
all genders.
