THIS INDENTllRy wade and entered into on this the ~~~~
day of November, 1962, between DAVID L. McCAIN, the duly
appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of
LOUIS KOLICH, late of St. Lucie County, Florida, Deceased, +~arty
of the First Part and DOROTHY J. PAQUIN, Trustee, whose mailing
address is Past Office Box 348, Port Pierce, Plorida, party of
the Second Part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
'The said party of the Pirst Part contracted and agree an the
6th day of Pebruary, 1962, to sell the hereinafter described Real
Estate to DOROTHY J. PAQUIN, for the sum .of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($23,000.00), subject to the approval of the County Judge
of said County of 5t. Lucia, Florida, and thereafter the party of
the Pirst part, presented his Petitic:~ of the 3rd day of November,
1962, to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Flarida, for
authority to sell certain real estate in St. Lucie County, Plorida,
hereinafter described and avering that it waa to the best interests
of said estate, which Petition contained the consent of all heirs
of the Deceased, and also alleged each and every ,jurisdictional
fact; and the County Judge having found that the allegations of
the Petition were true and that the sale of said property would be
to the best interests of said estate aforesaid and also having
determined that the price and terms of said sale was a fair value
of said p*operty, Entered an Order dated the 3rd day of November,
1962, authorizing the said party of the Pirst Part to sell the
real estate at private sale at and for the best price and terms
aforesaid.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS {$10,000.00) and a'Note and Mortgage
covering said property bearing interest at the rate of six percent
