party of the Pirst Part hereby grants, bargains, sells, releases,
conveys and confirm3 unto the said party of the Second Part and

of MARAVILLA GARDENS, being a subdivision

recorded in Piat Book 6, a~ page 62, of
public records of St. Lucie County, together
with all furniture, furnishings situate in
the building upon said property, except

premises.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the
Second Part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the Pirst Part doth hereby covenant
to and with the said party of the Second Part, her heirs and
assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about said
sale and this conveyance the Orders of said Court and the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
