gate sum named in the promissory note of even date l-erewith, hereinafter described, tl-e mortgagor here-
by grants, 6aryains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is rtow seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

of MARAVILLA GARD~IS, being a Subdivision
of all of that part of the West half of

No. 4, nor State Road No. 5y in Township 35
South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 62, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, together
with all furniture, furnishings situate in
the building upon said property, except the
wooden restaurant sign in front of said
premises.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE.
In the event it becomes necessary to fore-
close this mortgage due to a default in
payment of the promissory note secured
hereby, it is agreed that the maker of said
note, or assigns, shall be released from any
personal liability.
