BEGINNING on the North boundary line of the S~ of the

, 40 East, at a point 369.56 feet East from the NW corner
of-said S~ of the NE~ of the SE~, said point being 100
feet Westerly from (when measured at right angles to)
the survey line of State Road No. 5; thence run South 18
degrees 21 minutes 34 seconds East 500 feet along a line
100 feet Westerly of and parallel to said survey line;
thence turn and run Southwesterly 512.7 feet, more or
