Plaza, Inc., dated August 17, 1960, and recorded in Deed
Book 262, page 3; and on the East by lands described in
two deeds -- one from Thomas M. Croghan and Grace C. Crogham,
his wife, to South Plaza, Inc., dated September 26, 1960, nd
recorded in Deed Book 262, page 186; the other from Centraj~
Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, under Land Trust Agre~ment
#59-372, to South Plaza, Inc., dated November 1960, nd
recorded in Deed Book 263, page 605 -- all shown pn the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
MORTGAGEES hereby agree that they will subordinate the lien
and operation of this mortgage to all Construction Mortgages
placed upon the above-described property. However, MORTGAGEES
wtill not subordinate this mortgage to any mortgage for permi^--
nent financing of the improvements ~vhich are to be placed upon
and adjacent to the above-described property, .
MORTGAGEES grant to MORTGAGOR the privilege of demolishing all
buildings located on the above-mentioned property prior to
payment of the note which this mortgage secures, -vithout first
