KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
David Smith and Meyrl Smith, hia wife
dated March 16 1957 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LuCiA County, Florida, in Mtg. Book 135 on page
