KNOW f-LL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed by the STATE OF FLOR-
IDA, by and through its component agency, The State Road De cat of Florida, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve a portion oaf State Road S-~' , S~+~ 94631 ,

of the State Road Department of Florida; and,

WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involvod an3 neoessar~ to said section of road is subject to

WHEREAS, On behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to the property rights of the Stater of FIo:IdA in and to the portion of the

NOW, THEREFORE, ~YITNESSETH: That fos and in coasideiation of the premises and one dollar
and other good and vah:able coadderations, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the wader-
signed subordinates said eacumbranoe to the property rights of the State of Florida, to lots, constzvd,
