valuable considerations, receipt wnereoJ is hereby aclznowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises. releases, conveys and confirms unto the granter, all that certain land situate in St ~ Lucie
County. Florida, viz:
Beginning at a concrete monument located at the Southeast
corner of Lot 1 of Beau•Rivage Subdivision, Plat No. 2, as
shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 11, page 25, St. Lucie
County, Florida, records, thence proceed South 28° 40' 30" East,
at a right angle to trte South line of the above described Lo±
1., for a distance of 100.00 feet to a concrete monument and
the point or place of beginning of this description. (1)
Thence proceed South 61° 19' 30" West along a line parallel
to the South line of the above described Lot 1 for a dis-
tanee of 152.00 feet more or less to the Easterly shore line
of the St. Lucie River. (2) Thence Northwesterly along
said shore line of the $t. Lucie River for 105.00 feet more
or less to the South line, or the Southwesterly extension
thereof, of the above described Lot 1 (3) Thence proceed
North 61° 19' ;;0" East along said South line of said Lot 1
for a distance of 186.06 feet more or less to concrete
monument at the Southeas' corner of said Lot 1, thence
continue North 61° 19' 30" East along the Southerly right
of way line of South Shore Ro~id of the above described
subdivision for a distance of 25,00 feet to a concrete
monument. (4) Thence proceed South 14° 38' 20" East for
a distance of 103.08 feet to the point or place of beginning.
The above described property being in Government Lot 3,
Section 24, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.

public record.
