of the County of Falm Beach, State of Florida, hereinafter called the :Mortgagors, which term
as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagors' heirs, executors, administrators, suc-
cessors, legal representatives and assigns, either voluntary by act of the parties, or involuntary
by operation of law and shall denote the singular and (or) plural, And the masculine and (or)
feminine and natural and (or) artificial persons, whenever and ~:•herever the context so re-
quires or admits, parties of the first part, and the FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS, AND LOAN'
ASSOCIATION OF DELRAY BEACH, of Delray Beach, Florida, a corporation existing under
the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter called the Association, which term as
used in every instance shall include the Association's successors, legal representatives and as-
signs, party of the second part.
~VITNESSETH : That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consider-
ation of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, here-
inafter described, the Mortgagors do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firm unto the Association, in fee simple the following described real estate, of which the r~t- Lucie
gagors are now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in the County of
ls~, State of Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at a aonarete ~uonument located at the Southeast corner of

thence proceed South 28 40' 30" East, at aright angle to the South
line of the above described Lot 1, for a diatanae of 100.00 feet to
a concrete monument and the point.or place of beginning of thin des-
cription. (1) Thsnae proceed South 61° 19' 30" west along a line
parallel to the South line of the above doaaribed Lot 1 fora dia-
tanae of 152.00 feat more or leas to the Easterly shore line of the
St. Lucie River. (2) Tt~enae Northwesterly along said shore.line of
the St. Lucie River for 105.00 fret more or leas to the South line,
or the Southwesterly extension thereof', of the above desoribed Lot 1
(3) Thenoe proceed lforth 61° 19' 30" East along said South line of
said Lot 1 for a distance ~.r 186.06 feet more or leas to a concrete
monument at the Southeast corner of acid Lot 1, thence continue North

Road of the above described subdivision for a distance of 25.00 feet
to a ccnarete monument. (4) Thence proceed South 11~° 38~ 20" East
for a distance of 103.08 feet to the point or pleas of beginning.

Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a construction loan and all disbursements shall be made p~arauant
and subject to Construction Loan Agreement, a copy of which is on file
with the Association, and which Agreement is made apart hereof by

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and
aild fixtures attached thereto, all ~urniiure, and all rents, issues, proceeds and profits accruing
and to accrue from said premises, all of which are included within the foregoing description _
and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, and electric water and other heating, cooking
