I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the above entitled Court, do
hereby certify that heretofore, on the 19th day of No~~ernber, 1962,
I executed and filed herein my Certificate of Sale of the mortgaged
property, and that no objections to such sale have been file d herein
on or before the date hereof, and that 10 days have elapsed since the ,-
filing of said Certificate of Sale.
That, as recited in said Certificate of Sale, the mortgaged
property described as follows, to-wit: .

of ENGBER'S S/D, as per plat of said sub-
division on file i.n Plat Book 8, page 30, of the
Fublic records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
was sold by me to FLORENCE STRAW MAN, FERN SCHELL and
GERTRUDE ZINSER, who now have title thereto.
