W I T N E S S E T H
That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration
of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note hereinafter described, the said
Mortgagor does hereby g2•ant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the said Mortgagee all thct certain land of which the said Mortgagor is now seized
and possessed and in actual possession

as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 9 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the most Northerly
corner of Lot; 2 of said Block 33; thence run Southwesterly i00 feet along the Northwesterly
boundary of said Block :;3, being along the arc of a circular curve to the left having a
radius of 2,(26.59 feet, through a central angle of 02°, ~' 05" to the point of beginning
