FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned,
jointly and severally, promise(s) to pay to~the order of STOCK N,
WHATLEY, DAVIN & COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under

In the event of default the parties liable hereon agree

principal and interest then due hereunder from date of default until
paid. All parties liable for the payment of this note agree Co pay
the holder hereof a reasonable attorney's fee for the services of
counse] employed after demand or default to collect this note, or
to protect or enforce the security hereof, whether or not suit be
brought. Presentment, protest, notice of dishonor and notice of
protest of this note are hereby waived by all parties now or here
after liable hereon, whether as makers, endorsers or otherwise.
This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith
and the terms of said mr~rtgage are by this reference made a part
hereof.
