HomeMy WebLinkAbout1565~~,^~ 5~ ~rc~~ J1 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the St, Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property owners within 300 feet were notif led by mail of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, that the hereinafter described requests for change in zon- ,~ ing classifications be granted, and WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on said recommendations on November 28, 1962, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 12th da}• or November, 1962, said date being at least 15 days prior to the date of said hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commis- sinners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 8th day of November, 1962, as follows: That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit: The South 148 feet of the North 287 feet of the West 157 feet of the East 182 feet of the NE's of the NEB of the NEB of Section 5; Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, be and the same is hereby changed from A-1 to the classification of R-2~ That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit: TY~e North 19 feet of Lot 184 and all of Lots 18s and 186, Maravilla Gardens, Unit 3, less the East 200 faet, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 62 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be and the same is hereby changed from R-4 to the classification of B-3. That the zoning of the following described property, to••wit: South 40 feet of the North 240 feet of the W~ of the . NEB of the NWT of the SW~ of Section 8, Township 35 " South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, less and except all rights of way for public road. be, and the same is hereby changed from R-1C to the classification ~ of B-3.
