This Deed is given subject to a Mortgage now held
by First Federal Savings and Loan Association of

Together with all the tenements, hereditamenta and appurtenances, with
every pnvalege, right, title, interest and estate, reversion, remainder and easerfzent
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining:
To Ilave and to Hold the same in fee simple forever.
