If any of said instalments of interest and principal shall not be paid when due then the entire principal sum and accrued interest shall become due and payable at once, at the option of the legal holder of this note. Each maker and endorser waives the right of exemption under the Constitution and laws of Florida, and each maker and endorser waives demand, protest and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requirements neceuary to hold each of them liable as makers and endorsee. It is further agreed that each maker and endorser, jointly and severally, shall pay all costs of collection, Including a reason- able attorney's fee, on (allure to pay the principal of this note or any interest thereon at maturity.
