THIS INDENTURE, made this « day of November, 1962,,between
THTs BOARD OF SUp$RVISOR3 OF FORT PISRC$ FARMS DRAINAGE DISTRICT,
a public corporation created and existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, with i~s territorial limits wholly within st.
Lucie County, Florida, party of the first Bart, and FLORIDA STATE
TURNPIKE AUT1EiORITY, a body corporate and politic o~ the State of
Fiorida, party of the second part,
WITNSS3RTH, that the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to it paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released and quit~claj.med, and by
these presents does remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and its successors and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described
parcels of land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
