31 for a distance of 2450.62 feet to a point of curvature of a cir-
' crrlar curve to the right having a radius of 5929.58 feet and a can-

circular curve to the right for a distance of 221.85 feet to a point
of intersection with the connion Section line to said Sections 31 and
32 said point bearing S. 0°45'13" W, and distant 4.15 feet from the

point also bearing N. 2043'35" L. from the center of said circular
