And the said parties of the first part do_ covenant with the said party of the second
part that they are lawfully seized of the Raid premiae~, that they are free from all
encumbrances, except as above stated, and thattlley have good right and lawfu Zu-

the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever, except as above stated.
And the Owner, for themse].ve~_ and their heirs, executors, administrators
ar.d assigns, does hereby release and forever discharge the Florida State Turnpil-.e Au-
thority, its successors and assigns, from any damage to any remaining lands of the Own-
er which results from the conveyance severing the above-described real estate from said
remainuzg lands of Owner for the purpose of constructing and maintaining the Sunshine
State Parkway upon the above-described real estate, and fom any damage arising from
any cause whatsoever to the date hereof in connection with surveying for, drilling in con-
nection with, and constructing the Sunshine State Parkway.
