PARTIAL RELEASE OF -yMaRTGAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ORANGE
- WHEREAS, Chandler Hovey, single, did on the 19th day of September, 1958 and
again or- the 16th day of September, 1961, execute certain crap liens and real estate mort-
gages, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Cirruit Court of Saint Lucie County, Florida
respectively in Mortgage Book 149 at page 382 and Official Records Book 18 at page 388, to
the undersignedi
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ong Dollar (S 1.00) to it in hand
paid this 20th day of November, 1962, the undersigned does hereby cancel and discharge
the lien of the above described instruments insofar as the same applies to the following par-
cel of land only, to wit:
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), Section 23, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 39 East, LESS AND EXCEPT the South 664 feet thereof and also
LESS AND EXCEPT the East 167.8 feet of the North 60 feet of the South 463 feet of the
North Half (N -1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4)
artd also LESS AND EXCEPT the East 152 feet of the West 323.4 feet of the North 145
feet of the South 303 feet of the North Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) and also LESS AND EXCEPT the East 273.4 feet of the
West 323.4 feet of the North 100 feet of the South 403 feet of the North Half (N i/2)
of the 1~?crthwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 23,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East. All the above-described land containing 19.3
acres, more or less, and being subject to existing rights-of-way for public roads and
drainage canals.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this release nevertheless shall not in any way affe~:.t
or impair the lien of that certain mortgage dated September 16, 1961 which is supplemental
to the mortgage dated September 19, 1958, for the sum remaining due thereon, or in anywise
affect, alter or diminish the lien of said mortgages on the remaining properties described
therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused thesE presents to be sub-
scribed in its corporate name by its Secretary-Treasurer, pursuant to the authority conferred
in Section 7, of its by-laws as amended, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this
20th day of November, 1962.,
