COUNTI' OF C_,~l?~~~t YYUS ) Before me, a Notary Public, duly authorized to administer oaths in said State and County aforesaid, personally appeared JOSEPH M. PROPST, EARL W. PROPST, JAMES L. PROPST, J. W. PROPST, JR, and CARL A. PROPST, who, after being duly sworn, depose and say as. follows: That JOSEPH M. PROPST acted for them and in their behalf in the execution of a contract between JOSEPH M. PROPST, as Trustee, to purchase certain properties owned by Jacqueline H. Carlton Remmer$waal, located in St. Lucie County, Florida, for $276,498.00, which is described as follows: All of Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, less easement to Central & Southern Florida Flood Control District. That said parties authorised JOSEPH M. PROPST to act for them and in their behalf, as T~~stee, under an oral trust agreement, to complete sai3 transaction and to hold said property for them un- iii they requested a conveyance from him on said property. In accordance with the oral agreement, JOSEPH M. PROPST pro- ceeded after the execution of the contract to close said transac- tion and executed a Mortgage as required by said contract, taking title to the property in Deed recorded in Official Record Book 25, page 44, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That there is no written trust agreement, and that under the oral tr-sst agreement JOSEPH M. PROPST was to hold the legal title .}
