interest each, as Tenants in Common.
That the beneficiaries under said trust have made a demand
for the conveyance of said property to each of them, an undivided
1/5th interest each, as Te:~ants in Common, and in accordance with
that demand JOSEPH M. PROPST individually and as Trustee, ,,joined
by his wife, MARY RUTH PROPST, has executed a Deed to said parties
conveying all interest that he holds individually and as Trustee,
to said parties, subject to thA outstanding Mortgages on the `
property.
