WHEREAS, the Mortgagors, by Mortgage dated May 14, 1962, re-
corded in Official Record Book 37, page 448, St. Lucie County,
Florida, records, mortgaged certain property described in said
Mortgage to JACK A. N. STRONG; and
WHEREAS, there was a typographical error contained within
the description of the herein-referred to Mortgage between the
parties, which said description is being corrected by this Modi-
fication of Mortgage:
IT IS THEREFORE covenanted and agreed between the parties
tl-.at the description in Official Record Book 37, page 448, be cor-
rected to read as follows:
That part of the NWT of the NWT of Section 8, Township
34 South, Range 40 East, lying East of the Florida East
Coast Railway right-of-way;
ALSO all of the NEB of the NW's of Section 8, Township -
34 South, Range 40 East, lying East of the Florida East
Coast Rail~~ay right-of-way;
ALSO the West 20 acres of the N'rT'~ of the NE's of Section
8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
All of said land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Floi ida .

terms of said Mortgage are hereby confirmed snd ratified and are
not affected by this Modification Agreement.
