For ~•alve received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of HARRIS
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their office in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of 51~~~•~+;~*•'~~*t_ with

becomes due and payable on demand.

Each installment first shal- bs applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balance of
tl~e principal sum. If dafault is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of the holder,
and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once. Privilege is given
to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend the time of maturity of
any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any defa=jlt in any
payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorssr hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest and
notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to ar,y extension of tune of payment, either before or after
maturi+y, without notice to any of us; and to pay all tests of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in the
event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under the
Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or any extension or renewal
hereof.
