PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, the undersigned authority
authorized to administer oaths, PHILIP NOUILSE, who, after being
duly sworn, says:
1. That he was the attorney at law who prepared an Option
to Purchase granted by Samuel Weber to Gene Snyder dated Septem-
ber 26, 1955, covering the following described property, to-wit:
All of Lot 1 and that part of Lot 2 lying
East of the Florida State Turnpike in the
NW;1 of MCDEL• LAND. COMPANY'S SUED IV IS ION in
Sectioli 23, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 2, at page 10, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Said Option, which gave to the said Gene Snyder the ex-
clusive right to ;purchase on April 15, 1957, the above described
property, was never exerclsed by the said Gene Snyder and that
said Option has not been extended and has now expired and is null
and void.
3. All ~f the above is from this Affiant's personal knowledge.
