PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, the underRigned authority
authorized to administer oaths, SAMUET~, WEBER, who, after being
duly sworn, says:
1. That he is the record title owner of the following
described property, to-wit:
All of Lot 1 and that part of Lot 2 lying
East of the Florida State Turnpike in the
NWT o f MODEL LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION in
Section 23; Township 35 South, Range 39
East, as per plat thereof on file in Plnt
Book 2, at page 10, oaE the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That on September 26, 1956, he grantud to Gene Snyder
an Option to Purchase the above described property.
3. Said Option, which gave to the said Gene Snyder the ex-
elusive right to gurc:~ase on April 15, 1957, tY-e above described
property, was never exercised by the said Gene Snyder and that
said Option has not been extende~3 and has now expired and is null
and void.
4. All of the above is from this Affiant's personal knowledge.
