MODIFICATION OF MORTOAOB
THIS AGRHEI-iENT made and entered into this 12th day
of October, 1952, by and between 1d. W. CARL40N, of Ft. Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
and RAYMOND C. OLSON, of Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County,
Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor. -
WHEREAS, Mortgagor did on the 25th day of April,
-.1962, make, exec::e and delive* his promissory note to the
Mortgagee in the principal sum of NINETY-SIX THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($96,163.50),
payable in five (5) eq~.~al annual installments of Nineteen
Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars and Seventy Cents
--,.;~ ($19,232.70) each, beginning the Sth day of April, 1968,
with interest at the rate of five percent (596) per annum,
payable annually, said note being given for the balance of
the purchase price of certain lands in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described in the mortgage hereinafter referred to;
and ,
WHEREAS, Mortgagor did on the 25th day of April,
1962, make, execute and deliver to Mortgagee, his purchase
money mortgage to secure the abeve described note, said
mortgage being recorded in Official Record Book 35, at page
153 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and ,
WHEREAS, in and by said mortgage the Mortgagor did
covenant and agree, among other things, as follows, to-wit
