irrigate, cultivate and fertilize and
otherwise maintain and care for said
citrus trees after the planting thereof,
in a good and husbandlike mar-ner, in
keeping with citrus husbandry as
practiced in St. Lucie County, Florida."

That for and in the consideration of the Tutu of
Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations paid by each
party hereto to the other, receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, the parties hereto do now covenant and agree as follo•~~s:
(1) Mortgagor hereby covenants and agrees to pay
the principal sum of said note and mortgage in ten (10)~equal
annual instalments as follows, to-wit:
Tree sum of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen
Dollars and Thirty-five Cents ($9,616.35) on
the 25th day of April, 1963, and a like sum
on the 25th day of each April thereafter until
said principal sum shall be fully paid.
(2) The Mortgagor shall be and is hereby fully released
and discharged from that certain covenant in said mortgage
providing for the planting and maintaining citrus trees, as
particularly set forth above, as fully and completely as
though sai3 covenant were not and had never been incorporated
in said mortgage.
(3) AND MORTGAGOR in further consideration hereof ,
does hereby covenant and agree to pay the principal sum and
interest of said note as above set forth on or bef ore the
maturity thereof, as hereinabove set forth, and to comply
with and abide by each and every covenant and agreement of
said note and mortgage as mod if ied by this Agreement.
