premises hereinafter descri'oed, being part of said mort-
gaged premixes, front the lien and operation of said mort-
gage:
NC1W, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said J. B. KEYS,
Trustee, in consideration of the premises and in considera-
tion of the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ZWENTY
EIGHT ($16,428.00) DOLLARS, to him in hand paid by the said
SHELDON B. MILLER, as Trustee, at the time of execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does re-
mise, release, quitclaim, exonerate, and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said SHELDON B.
MILLER, as Trustee, his heirs and assigns, all that piece,
parcel, or tract of land, being a part of .the premises con-
veyed by said mortgage, to wir:
The north 93 feet of the south 269 feet beginning
at the southernmost part of the premises conveyed
by said mortgage, all of which property borders on
U.S. Highway No. 1 on the west and extends to the
eastern extreme of the Property line of the prem-
ises conveyed by said mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurten-
antes, unto the said SHELDON H. MILLER, as Trustee, and assigns,
forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien
of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall Sn anywise
impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumb*'ance of
the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises, not previously nor hereby released therefrom, ~r any
of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Mc;rtgagee has hereunto
