9. The purchaser agrees #o purchase the premises ui:d personal
property subject to the aforesaid anti pay therefore the sum of One Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars-(150, 000.00) heretofore referred to as the purchase
price. The purchaser agrees t0 pay the purchase price at the time and in the
rxiaiiner following:
{a). One Thousand Dollars (j1000.00) upon the execution and
delivery of this contract.
(b). The sum of One Hundred Fnrty-Nine Thousand Dollars
(149, 000.00) to be paid as follows:
1. Interest at the rate of 6'J6 per annum to be paid on the
unpaid principal amount due, said interest payment to be made
es-ery quarter and first paymment to b4 ns de April 1, 162 and
payments to be made every three months thereafter
2. Ho principal payrnent to be msde L*~ the year 1962 but
commencing as of January I, 1963 and every year thereafter
principal payments are to be made in ta`~e sum of Ten Thousand
Dollars (g10, 000.00), payments to be made every quarter, firs
pa3•ment on principal to be made April 1, 1963 and payments to
be made every three months thereafter.
3. The purchaser has the privilege of making further pay-
menu on principal on any payment date.

4. The following items shall be apportioned between the seller and
purchaser as of the close of business as of January 1, 1982:
(a). Premiums on all policies of insurance
(b). Rents
- {c). Real estate taxes
(d). Water yenta
(e), Utility deposits shall be returned to the seller and utility
charges should be ad juattd as of that date
