This is a second mortgage, being subject and inferior to
a certain mortgage of even date herewith made by the
mortgaeors to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Ft. Pierce, and mortgagors do hereby covenant and agree
not to permit or suffer said first mortgage or any extension
or renewal thereof to become in default and in the event
that said mortgage shall become in default mortgagees, at
their option, may declare the whole sum hereof remaining
