KNOW ALL hiEN BY THESE PRESENT'S: That Whereas, it is proposed by the STATE OF FLOR-
IDA, by and through its component agency, The State Road Department of Florin : to locate;~s`onstruct,
maintain and/or improve a portion of State Road 712 ~ ,,,, 9 4 S 3 0 - 2 6 0 2 ~,
in St ~ Lucie County, Florida, in accordance with survey and plans oa Ella in the of&ce
of the State Road DeparimeLt of Florida; and,
WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of road is subfect tv

WHEREAS, On behalf of the State of FkuidA a request has been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to the property rights of the State of Florida in and to the portion of the
premises hereinafter described. -
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That fvr snd in consideration of the premises and csae dollar
and other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the under-
signed subordinates said encumbrance to the gcoperty righb of the State of Florida, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve said section of road over, throu~~upon, and/or across the follo~vviag described
lands, berg a portion of the eacumlered premises in Luei~ County, Florida, to-wit:
That part o.f L•ot 13 in the NE's of Model Land Company's Sub-
division of Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 40 Bast,
according to the plat thsreof as recorded in Plat Book 4 at
page 34 of the public records of ut. Lucie County, Florida,
said part being more particularly described as follows;
A strip of land lying• North of and adjacent to the South sine
of said Lot 13 of the said Model Land Company's Subdivision,
said strip of _~and being 63.70 feet as measured along the
West Line of said Lot 13 and being 64.03 feet as measured
along the East line of said Lot 13, excepting therefrom exist-
ing right of way for White City Road, containing 0.11 of an
acre, more or less.
