WITNES~ETH: -
That if the parties of the second part shall make payments as hereinofter mentioned, the
said parties of the fiat part agree to assign or convey, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances,,.
by a good deed the lot and buildings thereon including furniture in the house situated in the
County of St, Lucie, State of Florida known and described as follows:

installment first shall be applied in payment of interest and than on the unpaid balance of the
principal sum, The parties of the second part further agree to pay taxes and assessme~ is
subsequent to the year 1962. Also agree to carry at least X3,000.00 insurance on the building,
Advance payments may be made at any time without penalty.

In case of failure of the parties of the second part to make payment or any part of this
agreement, this contract shall at the option of the parties of the first part, be forfeited and
terminated, and the parties of the second part shall forfeit all payments made by them on this
contract, and the parties of the first part shall have the right to re-enter and take possession
of the premises aforesaid without being liable to any action therefore,

December, 1962.
