insurance as rallateral security fur the payment of the indebtedness aeuured hereby without regard to the consideration
for ouch release and/or racy accept a new polity or policies of life insurance in place thereof for such amount or amountr
and in such form as it may re uire without being accountable for so doing to any other lienor, and it i8 expressly under
stood and agreed that if any of the said policies of life insurance shall be cancelled or rol~aed and a new poli.,y or policies
of life insurance shall be substituted in place thereof, the mortgagor shall keep such new policy or policies in full force
and efTect until the indebtedness secured hereby is fully paid and aatisded and in default thereof the entire indebtedness
secured hereby shall, st the option of the mortgagee, become due and payable forthwith a:~d without notice.
FIFTEENTH: Thls mort~r-ge shall become due and payable forthwith at the option of the mortgagee if the
mortgagor shall convey away acrd premises or if the title thereto shall become vested in any ether person or persons
in any manner whatace~er.
SIXT$F.NTH: In the event of the death o! the insured, the entire indebtedness secured hereby shall thereupon bo-
Como due and payirble, and such sum for which the mortgab~ee may be legallyy liablA ot, said policy or policies of life insurance
or any polieq or policies substituted in place thereof, or any policy or policies held as collateral hereto, or any dividends,
dividend additions or dividend accumulations in connection with any policy or policies held as collateral hereto, shall ba
applied to the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby; and in case a surplus shall remain after liquidating said in-
debtedness, it shall be paid over to whosoever is lawfully entitled thereto.
SEVENTEENTH: That the giving of written notice addressed to the owners of record of the mortgaged property
or addressed to the said owners at their last address actually furnished to the mortgagee, or add~eaaed to the owners at
said mortgaged properly and mailed by United States Mail, shall be autRcient notice and demand in any case arising
under this mortgage which may be required by the provisions hereof or by law.
SIGIITEENTII: IT IS FURTHER AGREED,' That all parties signing this obligation shall be jorntry and severally
liable to the mortgagee and •that all the covenants and agreemehta of the mortgagor herein contained shall extend to and
bind his executors, administrators, heirs and assigns, sad shall inure to the benefit of the mortgagee, its succeasora
