SlkTZSFACTION OF MORTGAUE
KNOW. ALL MEN 3Y THESE PRESENTS: That N. L. C. Bostwick,
a widow, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage given by
CHERMAC, INC., a Florida corporation, to her bearing date the
29th day of 0etobar, A, D. 195, recorded in Mortgage Book 121,
Page 72, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit-Court of St.
Lucie County, State of Florida; given to secure th® sum of $137,468.Oo
Dollars evidenced by one certain note, upon the following described
property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, to wit: .
The West Half (W2) ,of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of
Section Une 1); the Southeast Quarter (SE4~ and the
East Half (E~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section
Two (2); A11 of Section Eleven (11) (except the Northwest
Quarter (DtW~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) and the North
Quarter (N4~ of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of the North-
west Quarter (Nw'4)); The West Half (W~) and the Southwest
Quarter (SW4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) oi' Section
Twelve (12); and all of Section Thirteen (13), in Township
36 South, Range 40 East.
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby direct the
Clerk of the Said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
