.THIS SUPPLBtrSSNTAL CHATTEL MfJRTGAGB executed the ~O~day of
December, A. D. 1962, by HARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLF~ANERB, INC., of FORT
PZ$RCE, a Florida corporation, and WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC.,
of VSttO BF~ACH, a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the Mort-
gagor, to THE AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK in WINTER HAVEN, Winter I:aven,
Florida, a banking corporation, hereinafter celled the Mortgagee:
WHEREAS, Mortgagee, is the owner and holder of a promissory
•note and Chattel Mortgage, to-wit: a certain promissory note exe-
cuted by Mortgagor, dated October 2, 1962 in the original princi-
pal sum of $1fiE3, 000.00, which said promissory note is partially
secured by a Chattel Mortgage executed by Mortgagor dated July 12,
1962, recorded in Official Record Book 40, page 653, St. Lucie
County, Florida records and in Official Record Book 151, page 539,
Indian River County, Florida records, which said Chattel Mortgage
constitutes a lien upon the chattels therein described; and
WHEREAS, subsequQnt to the execution and recording of said
Chattel Mortgage above described Mortgagor has acquired certain
machinery and equi~nent with a portion of the proceeds of the
promissory note above described, and it is the intention of the
Mortgagor that said additional machinery and equipment shall be en-
cumbered by the above described Chattel Mortgage, the same as though
said machinery and equipment had been originally described in said
Chattel Mortgage at the time it was ,recorded among the public records
of 3t. Lucie and Indian River Counties, Florida; and
WHEREAS, :Mortgagor desirQa that the lien of said Chattel Morr.-
gage upon the goods, chattels and personal property hereina~ter
described be ratified, approved and confirmed, a~hd this Supplemental
Chattel Y-SOrtgage is executed and delivered to effect such pkrpose;
said goodr~, chattels and personal property being more particularly
