That for good.and valuable considerations, and in further con-
sideration of the sum named in the promissory note hereinabove
described Mortgagor hereby covenants with said Mortgagee that the
goods, chattels anc~ personal property herpinabove described shall
be~encumbered by the Chattel Mortgage dated July 12, 1962, from
Mortgagor to Mortgagee, hereinabove described, and shall be subject
to all of the terms and conditions therein as though said goods,
chattels and personal property had been described in said original
Chattel Mortgage dated July 12, 196?, at the time of the execution
and recording of same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Mortgagor has caused these presents
to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the day
