D. 1962, between INDIAN RIVER SERVICE STATIONS, INC. , a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part, and KICLITER OIL CO, , INC. , whose permanent address is P. O. Box 405, Fort tierce, County of St, Lucie, State of Florida, a corporation existing under the laws of the state of r lorida, having its principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and lawfully authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to-wit: 1. Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, of "Dixieland Subdivision", as the same is shown on an "unrecorded plat" attached to deed recorded in Deed Book 152, pages 401-403, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records; and more particularly described as follows: From the Quarter Section corner on the south line of Section 2 7 -Township 35 South - Rangy 40 East, St. Lute Count,;, Florida, run South 89 degrees, -38 min. -30 sec. East, along the south line of said Section 27, 125. 12 feet to a point on the east right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence North 2 deg. -08 min. -30 sec.
