min. -30 sec. East, parallel to the south line of afore-
said Section 27, and along the common boundary be-
tween aforesaid Lot 1, Block 2, and aforesaid "Bennett"
tract, 190. 93 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 3,
Block 2, of aforesaid "Dixieland Subdivision"; thence
North 2 deg. -39 min. -30 sec. East, along the boundary
common to Lots 1, 2' and 3 of $aid. Block 2, 149.65 feet,
to the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence South 89 deg.
-48 min. -30 sec. West, along the north line of said Lot
2, Block 2, 203. 32 feet to the east right-of-way line of
U. S. Highway No. 1; thence South 2 deg. -08 min. -30
sec. East, along -the east right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway No. 1, 147. 71 feet to the Point of Beginning:
Containing 0.67 acres.
2. A strip of land 47 feet in width, measured in an East and
west direction, lying between the westward projection of
the south and north lines respectively, of. Lats 1 and 2,
Block 2, ''Dixieland Subdivision", and bounded on the
East by the West line of said Lots 1 and 2, and on the
West by the east right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
No. 1: Containing 0. 16 acres.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the
title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
